Exciting Updates to the Quantios Core Connector

New Connectors and APIs

We’re excited to share the latest evolution of our Quantios Core Connector, building on the momentum from our last Community Event. Since then, our team has been working closely with clients to deliver real-world integrations, refine our architecture, and expand the connector’s capabilities to support secure, scalable data access across Quantios Core.

A Connector Shaped by Client Implementations

Over the past months, we’ve partnered with multiple clients to implement the Quantios Core connection in live environments. These engagements helped us validate the connector design, strengthen security controls, and streamline data flows based on real operational needs.

As a result, the connector has been refactored into a clearer, more modular structure that supports flexibility, governance, and ease of maintenance.

Enhanced Connector

The updated Quantios Core Connector now comes in two parts:

1. Company Connector

This allows you to securely enter your system details and retrieve all relevant company information from Quantios Core. You can then filter this data to focus on the specific company details you need.

2. Data Connector

This part provides access to an impressive 51 Get APIs, with more being added regularly. You can use this tool multiple times to connect different Quantios Core tables, enabling you to create powerful and comprehensive reports.

Introducing the New EFile Connect Connector

We are also excited to introduce a brand-new connector for the EFile Connect collection. This connector currently includes five APIs and also utilises the Company Connector for system details. This new addition will streamline your workflow and enhance your data management capabilities.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to innovate and expand the capabilities of Quantios Core. We are committed to providing you with the best tools to manage your data efficiently and effectively.

Proven Setup: Reference Architecture

Through hands‑on client projects, we have established a practical and repeatable architecture for integrating Quantios Core with downstream platforms such as Microsoft Business Central and other operational systems.

The diagram below represents a typical deployment model that we have implemented successfully with clients:

How the Setup Works

At the heart of the solution is a secure integration layer that orchestrates communication between Quantios Core and client systems:

  • Quantios Core APIs provide the source of truth for company, entity, and related operational data.

  • The Quantios Core Connector acts as the controlled gateway, managing authentication, API requests, and structured data retrieval.

  • Retrieved data is processed through a dedicated integration service where filtering, transformation, and validation logic is applied based on client requirements.

  • Cleaned and standardised datasets are then delivered into target environments such as Microsoft Business Central, reporting platforms, or data warehouses.
