Weekly Challenges
For users who thrive when getting there hands, dirty weekly challenges are the best option to learn Alteryx, with different ability levels from basic to difficult. With every challenges having category labels you can pick challenges that will be appropriate for you business needs and hone your skills for your application of Alteryx. Weekly challenges have solutions attached if you get stuck and other users approaches under the post. You can upload your solution to earn cool badges and of course bragging rights too. This method of learning is excellent as you can focus on getting experience in many different applications and even gain exposure to ways to use Alteryx to optimise a process within you business that you never thought were possible.
Weekly challenges are also a fun way to keep your skills fresh.
The global search
The global search bar allows you to search for any tool that is installed on Alteryx, search the community for help and search for help articles for every tool if you need specifics on how they work. This is the gateway to everything you could need and allows you to find tools that have not been activated on the toolbar.
One tool examples
One tool examples allow the you to open a workflow for each tool with working examples for all the uses of the tool, this is excellent for understanding what each tool does to data. For more difficult tools like cross tab and transpose is were this function is most useful, as it includes diagrams and shows multiple use cases.
