- Global Head of Automation (Digital Operations):TMF Group

For a specialist supplier, Continuum punch way above their weight to deliver excellent service to their clients, in much the same way we do!…Many thanks to the Continuum team. Excellent job and I look forward to more of the same in the months, quarters & years to come!”

We are extremely proud to receive this amazing testimonial from Rick on behalf of TMF Group.
TMF are one of our largest and most progressive clients, demonstrating immediate and growing value from improving process quality, simplicity and hence efficiency.

They have demonstrated success across all regions and multiple areas such as HR Payroll outsourcing, Collateralised Loan management, fund administration and tax reporting.

As Rick says, we look forward to continuing our successful partnership across even more parts of the Globe and service lines.

In 2019, TMF Group were fortunate to have Alteryx champions in our Jersey office (see previous testimonial), who proved how we, Continuum and Alteryx cooperate to deliver key business outcomes at a local level by improving data quality and repeatability for a critical and complex Funds Services acquisition and integration.

As head of the TMF Group’s Global Automation initiative, I subsequently took ownership of Alteryx usage within the company and began the search for a a suitable partner to help drive effective, efficient, innovative and scalable Alteryx adoption.

When I discovered how successful the partnership had been in Jersey & after due diligence, Continuum were appointed as our Global Alteryx license reseller and primary provider of Alteryx professional services, with sub-contracting arrangements where local time-zone & language needs required.

From the outset our mantra was “win, win, win”, as TMF Group, Alteryx & Continuum each played to our strengths in close cooperation, to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for all.

In selecting Continuum, we benefitted greatly from Dan Hare’s experience operating for many years as a data professional within Financial Services, combined with his deep expertise in Alteryx. Dan informed where & how we should exploit Alteryx for initial automation outcomes, helping win “hearts & minds” through yielding some very impressive early results in time and cost improvements.

Combined with Continuum’s pool of specialist Alteryx talent, our Global Automation program has gone from strength to strength. The relationship has developed to the point that Continuum primarily operate as mentors to our internal Alteryx developers, providing quality assurance through expert review and helping develop flows where there is complex business need.

The net result is accelerated learning & value delivery, aligned with our Centre For Enablement (C4E) approach, which serves local developers in a decentralized and democratized technology model. The related feedback we’ve had regarding Continuum from our Alteryx community has been overwhelmingly positive.

In addition to adding developers, Continuum have also helped us implement our Alteryx Servers and Nodes to scale, govern, operate and audit the automations that Alteryx enables. They are now helping us assess the next generation of Alteryx offerings and have helped establish excellent relationships with the Alteryx leadership, product teams and partner network.

For a specialist supplier, Continuum punch way above their weight to deliver excellent service to their clients, in much the same way we do!

The result of the “win, win, win” partnership we have established is a proven and enduring blueprint for the application of Alteryx across our services lines, jurisdictions and teams. This enables new business, delivers provable efficiencies and frees up valuable operator time, allowing us to continuously improve service operations and customer experience. I am very proud of what we have achieved together.

Many thanks to Dan, Jacqui, Ben, Simon, David, Matteo and the rest of the Continuum team. Excellent job and I look forward to more of the same in the months, quarters & years to come!
