Detailed Solution
For large-scale imports from various internal systems requiring UNSPSC codes within the dataset, we employ Alteryx. This allows for a repetitive data preparation process that ensures the data is in the best form for the GPT connector and eliminates unnecessary data.
We collaborated closely with the client to deliver a seamless, integrated solution spanning both payroll and distributor operations.
On the payroll side, we developed workflows to process input files across the US, UK, and France, enabling the business to establish a consistent, group-wide payroll reporting process. This not only streamlined operations but also brought clarity and alignment across regions.
Within distributor sales, we implemented Alteryx-based reconciliation workflows, covering data preparation and introducing fuzzy matching to validate distributor and product data. The outputs were structured for ease of use, supported by clear documentation to ensure ongoing confidence in the process.
To embed these changes successfully, we delivered training sessions throughout the project, onboarding new users and equipping existing teams with the skills and confidence to fully leverage the solution.
