Detailed Solution
The project kicked off with a thorough review of the organisation’s datasets, ensuring we had a clear understanding of the information landscape. Using Alteryx, we then carried out a comprehensive data cleansing and validation process, laying the groundwork for reliable and consistent insights.
With data integrity secured, we migrated the refined dataset into the Donorfy CRM platform, helping the organisation centralise its information, simplify day-to-day operations, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
To further enhance efficiency, we introduced PowerApps to automate key workflows, removing repetitive manual tasks and improving data accuracy. Finally, we leveraged Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports, giving the team real-time visibility into operations and empowering them with timely, actionable insights.
