Mission Statement
The main objective of this project was to leverage innovative technology and automation to streamline data management and presentation processes. The automation process focused on ingesting data from the client’s CRM platform, and using Continuum’s custom built ChatGPT Connector in Alteryx, in order to enhance efficiency and improve data accuracy.

Detailed Solution
1. Data Ingestion
The project began by identifying the client’s CRM as the primary data source. Additional data sources included Excel files and SQL Server databases. Alteryx workflows were designed to extract data from these various sources. This involved setting up connections to the CRM and other databases to ensure that relevant data could be pulled into the workflow for processing.
2. Data Processing and Summarization
The ChatGPT connector was integrated into the Alteryx workflows. This tool was utilised to process the ingested data by applying natural language processing capabilities to summarise the information effectively. Some example fields included client name, revenue dates etc. This information needed to be collated and summarised; an LLM like ChatGPT was the obvious solution. The workflow was configured to automatically generate summaries of the data, which could include key metrics, trends, and insights relevant to the advertising campaigns managed through the CRM.
3. Presentation Generation
The Alteryx workflows were set up to output the summarised data into various formats, primarily focusing on PowerPoint presentations and PDFs. This allowed the sales team to have ready-to-use materials for client meetings and presentations. The automation ensured that the content within the presentations was dynamic, meaning that it could be updated automatically based on the latest data from the CRM, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
