  • Applied data preparation techniques to cleanse and structure the information for reliable downstream use. 

  • Conducted in depth analysis of reporting outputs to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impacted business performance. 

  • Developed and documented a proof-of-concept workflow to validate regional revenue file structures against the reporting template, ensuring consistency. 

  • Delivered training sessions so the client’s team had the skills and confidence to independently manage, maintain, and enhance the workflows going forward.
