With a strong foundation in data from university and a passion for smart, insight-led decision making, Sam brings both technical know-how and a real-world mindset to the team. Coming from a sporting background, he’s particularly fascinated by how data can transform performance.

Sam received a first class grade for his undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science with his dissertation titled: Effects of Growth and Maturation on Injury Risk in Elite Footballers. One of his proudest career moments so far? Working alongside a former England captain during his time at Everton F.C.

Outside the office, Sam is a talented guitarist and once studied music in Manchester. His favourite Alteryx tool is the Formula Tool, ideal for building logic, creating new fields, and crunching numbers, all in one tidy place.
